To disable the touch screen in Windows 10, press Windows+X on your keyboard to access the Power User menu, then select ā€œDevice Managerā€. In the Device Manager, click on the right arrow to the left of Human Interface Devices to expand the list. Right-click on the ā€œHID-compliant touch screenā€ item and select ā€œDisableā€ from the popup list.
Not turn on the ignition but do not start the engine, wait 2 minutes and start the engine. Now test the screen, if it works then the re-set has worked, if it does not then it will need a replacement or repair.
